my parents got 89 maxum brand new and past few years its showing its age. the motor is still good but it was loosing power we thought it was 1 thing but ended up being few diffeerent things but ended up being some electrical issues.we used to store in bradys bend for the winter but the cost went way up and that when he stores it at the house. what he had problems with was no one wanted to work on it cause it was so old and it has a force motor on it and the only guy who worked on it used to work at the city garage he also worked on the city boats too after the city shut down the garage there goes the only guy who worked on it without any problems. try finding parts too was the next problem but used on ebay no one else had parts for it.
